Measured before it ships
Every rug is checked against its stated size and photographed on delivery day, so what arrives matches what you chose.
Fourteen days to change your mind
Cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The full terms are set out on the returns page.
Rolled, never folded
Pile goods travel rolled on a core and wrapped in breathable sleeving, which keeps creases out of the foundation.

Before you order
How to size a room
Three measurements decide almost every order we take. Send them to us and we will tell you which sizes work.
Measure the open floor
Take the longest wall and the widest point, then subtract anything fixed: a hearth, a radiator plinth, the swing of a door. That rectangle is your maximum rug.
Decide where the furniture sits
Front legs on the rug reads generous in a living room; all legs on suits a dining table, where chairs need to pull back without catching an edge.
Leave a border of bare floor
Twenty to forty centimetres of visible floor on each side keeps the room from looking upholstered. In a hallway, leave the same margin at the skirting.
